Conductor: Plain annealed copper stranded(round or sector) as per class 2 of IEC 60228, ISIRI 3084
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene-XLPE
Core identification: colour up to 5 core and black with number printing for 5 core and above.
Inner covering: Extruded PVC compatible with the operating temprature of the conductor. In sector cables the core covered with one or two layer polypropylene tape.
Outer sheath: Polyvinyl chloride- PVC, standard colour is black, but any other colour can be supplied on request.
Temperature: -40C to +90C
Maximum short circuit temperature: 250C (5 second Max.)
Working voltage: 0.6/1.0 kv
Conductor resistance: As per class 1 or 2 of
IEC 60228 , ISIRI 3084
Test Voltage: 3.5 kv rms or 8.4 kvdc for 5 minutes
Flame retardant: Acc. IEC 60332-1
