Conductor: Plain annealed copper solid as per class 1 or 2 of IEC 60228, VDE 0295, ISIRI 3084
Insulation: Polyvinyl chloride -PVC
Core identification: colour up to 4 core and black with number printing for 5 core and above.
Inner covering: Extruded PVC compatible with operating temprature of the conductor, In sector cables the core covered with one or two layer polypropylene tape.
Screen: Concentric plain annealed copper wire applied holically over cble core, tape with open helix of copper band.
Outer sheath: Polyvinyl chloride- PVC
standard colour is black or grey, but any other colour can be supplied on request.
Temprature: -30C to +70C
Maximum short circuit temprature: 160C (5 second Max.)
Working voltage: 0.6/1.0 kv
Conductor resistance: As per of IEC 60228, ISIRI 3084
Test Voltage: 3.5 kv rms or 8.4 kvdc for 5 minutes
